By World.Manager   Coca-Cola Collecting is a hobby, which is shared by millions of people all over the world. With all these collectors, it's good to keep in mind some things importants about your collection, or when you are just starting your collection. Here, there are some hints and information:
#1 Decide what kind of collection your collection will be, "general" or "specialized". Some people, collect a little of everything, and everything with Coca-Cola logo; others only collect cans or bottles, for example. What you're going to collect, also, depends on your financial conditions and on your personal interests.
#2 Try to register every item of your collection. This is a thing that every collector should do, but most shouldn't. This is an important thing that must be done in any collection. Know where you bought each item, how much it costed, and when it's something resold ask its value, your conditions, etc...
#3 Know the market! Keep in touch with other collectors; join in the clubs; make questions.
#4 Be very careful when you buy something by flyers or catagos. There are many scrupulous people that sell items without value, saying that they are old or rare. Keep in mind the item condition you're acquiring. A Tray that may be antique, but if it's scratched, its value is lost.
#5 Be very careful when you're going to clean or restore your items.
